# Changing your bot's language

Learn how to switch your bot's programming language in the RedHosting panel

## 1. Opening the server settings

- In the RedHosting panel, click **Settings** in your server's menu.

## 2. Changing the bot's language

- Inside **Settings**, click the **Change Egg** option.
- From the list, select the language you want to use for your bot:
- **Python** – For Python bots.
- **Node.JS** – For JavaScript (Node.js) bots.
- **JavaRedis-7** – For Java bots with Redis 7.

## 3. Applying the change

- After selecting the new language, check the **Reinstall Server** option.
- If you want to remove all of the bot's current files, also check **Wipe Server**.
- Finally, click the **Apply** button to apply the changes.

## 4. What happens after applying

The server will be reinstalled with the newly selected language. If you checked **Wipe Server**, all old files will be deleted.

After that, just upload your files with the bot's new code and start the server as usual!
