Cancellation and withdrawal (section 9). The customer may request cancellation at any time, via the client area or another official channel. For purchases made electronically, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days of the purchase or of receiving the service's essential information, under Brazilian law. If the service has already been made available and used within that period, the refund may take the period of actual use into account.
Backup (section 7). The contract covers responsibility for data; RedHosting runs automatic backup routines, but each party's obligations are described in the corresponding section.
Data protection (section 11). Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
