cPanel is the panel where everything about your hosting happens: uploading your site's files, creating email accounts, setting up databases, installing the SSL certificate. There are three ways to get in, and the first one doesn't require knowing any password.
This is the recommended way, because the login is automatic — you don't need to remember the cPanel password.
cPanel opens already signed in, in a new tab.
The hosting welcome email includes the server address, the username and the cPanel password. With them, direct access is:
https://YOUR_SERVER:2083
Port 2083 is cPanel over a secure connection. There's also 2082, without encryption — don't use it.
If the domain already points to the hosting, these two addresses work:
https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
https://cpanel.yourdomain.com
Until the DNS change finishes propagating, these addresses don't respond — use one of the two previous ways. Pointing your domain is explained in How to point your domain to RedHosting.
These are different accounts, and that's where the confusion usually starts:
If the cPanel password was lost, you can reset it on the service page in the client area, under Change Password. If you still can't get in, support will reset it for you.
